Diagnostics/Product Testing

Given that Progenitor Cell Therapy, LLC has developed significant expertise in the diagnostics and product testing in the normal routine of its cellular manufacturing, some clients choose PCT to perform independent product testing utilizing our QC services.

Our biological testing capabilities include the ability to assess acceptance, in-process and release testing characteristics for all types of cellular medicines. These analyses include:

• Flow cytometry (progenitor cells, dendritic cells, lymphocytes etc);
• Endotoxin (ELISA)
• Sterility (bacteriology);
• Mycoplasma (PCR) testing;
• Blood group identification;
• Infectious disease testing; and
• A wide range of tumor typing.

In addition, we perform functional assays, including cytolytic T cells (CR51), clonogenic analyses (CFU-G, GM, GEMM) and cytokine production (ELISA).
